These terms apply to every purchase made on 14sounds.store. By placing an order you accept them. Please save or print a copy.
2. What we sell
Digital sample packs: sets of audio files (WAV) or synthesizer presets, delivered as a zip download, together with the licence to use them described on the licence page. Each pack page states its contents, file format, download size and, for preset packs, the software and version required. Nothing is shipped. Merchandise shown on the site is a preview and is not for sale. Sales start on 15 October 2026 at 10:00 CEST (UTC+2): before then the packs can be listened to but not bought.
Free sampler. Anyone who confirms a newsletter sign-up can download a free sampler of six sounds taken from the packs, under the same licence as the packs (section 10). The download link works for 30 days. The sampler is free and is not a purchase: sections 4 to 9 do not apply to it. You keep it if you unsubscribe.
3. Who can buy
You must be at least 18 years old, or buy with the consent of a parent or guardian. Both consumers and businesses can buy. Where a rule applies only to consumers, these terms say so. A consumer is a person buying for purposes outside their trade, business or profession.
4. Prices and VAT
Prices are in euro and include VAT or other sales taxes, applied at the rate of your country as the law requires: the total does not change at checkout. If you pay in another currency, the payment page shows the converted amount before you pay. The price that applies is the one shown when you place the order. Launch price: until 15 November 2026 at 23:59 CET (UTC+1), every drop costs €2,50; from 16 November 2026 it costs €3,90. The receipt and the invoice are sent automatically by Link (section 6). When a Season is on sale, every drop of that Season bought earlier with the same email address takes the amount stated on the Season page (€2,50 per drop for Season 01) off its price, whatever was paid for that drop: enter that address at checkout and the credit is applied on the payment page.
5. How an order works
Add the packs to the cart and go to checkout. Before paying you can review and correct your order. To complete the order you accept these terms and give the consent described in section 8, then you pay. The contract is concluded when the payment is confirmed. The download links then appear on the confirmation page, and we send you an email with the links, a summary of the order, these terms and the confirmation of your consent, which you can keep. We keep a record of every order and send you a copy on request. We do not adhere to any code of conduct. These terms, and the contract, are in English.
6. Payment
Payment is handled by Link, a Stripe service, which resells your order to you as merchant of record (“Sold through Link”): Link charges your payment method, applies VAT or sales tax, sends you the receipt and the invoice, and handles questions about the payment under its own terms, shown on the payment page. We deliver the packs, grant the licence and answer for their content and for these terms. Card details go straight to Link: we never see or store them. We accept cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Link. The accepted methods are listed in the cart before you order.
7. Delivery
The download links appear on the confirmation page right after payment and arrive by email. Each link works for 30 days, up to 10 downloads per pack: download the files and keep a copy. If the links do not arrive, expire or get lost, write to us from the email address used for the order and we will send new ones.
8. Right of withdrawal (consumers)
Consumers normally have 14 days to withdraw from a contract made online. For digital content supplied as a download, this right ends once the download is made available to you, provided that you (a) asked for it to be available immediately, (b) acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal, and (c) we sent you a confirmation of this by email (art. 59, paragraph 1, letter o of the Italian Consumer Code, Legislative Decree 206/2005). You give (a) and (b) with the tick box at checkout. Because every pack is delivered immediately, an order cannot be completed without this consent.
This does not affect your legal guarantee in section 9.
9. Legal guarantee (consumers)
The packs must match their description on the pack page, download completely, open and work as described, and be compatible with the software stated on the page. If a pack does not, you have the rights given by the Italian Consumer Code (articles 135-octies and following): we first fix the problem, for example by sending corrected files, and if that is not possible, is not done within a reasonable time or the problem is serious, you are entitled to a price reduction or a full refund. We are responsible for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within two years of delivery. Write to info@14sounds.store describing the problem. Refunds are made through Link to the payment method used, within 14 days of you telling us that you want one.
10. Licence and use
Each purchase includes the licence on the licence page, also included as a PDF in every pack. The licence is personal and cannot be transferred. The sounds and presets remain our property. If you share, resell or redistribute the files in breach of the licence, the licence ends and we may take legal action.
11. Liability
We are not liable for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control, or for indirect losses such as lost profits, except where the law does not allow such a limitation. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer or our liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence.
12. Questions, complaints and disputes
For any question or complaint write to info@14sounds.store. These terms are governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live, and disputes are decided by the courts of the place where you live. Between businesses, the courts of the place of our registered office decide.
13. Changes
We may update these terms. The version published when you place an order applies to that order.
